My grandparents emigrated from Germany and homesteaded their Chelsea area farm inm 1885. By the time I grew up on Clear Lake and graduated from Chelsea High School, my parents owned a successful fuel oil company delivering to local farms, homes and businesses.
I moved to Cavanaugh Lake in 1959 and have lived there, on the water, ever since. Watching our lakes change from summer vacation destinations dotted with small cottages, to active year round communities filled with executive homes, has given me the knowledge and experience for selling and buying waterfront properties.
